Seth Greenstein focuses his practice on emerging company and venture capital matters, mergers and acquisitions, private and growth equity transactions, and general corporate law.
Seth represents clients on corporate and transactional matters that span the company lifecycle, including entity formation, seed and early-stage financings, convertible debt/SAFE financings, and late stage, pre-IPO financings. In addition, Seth has advised clients in various complex, strategic transactions that include growth equity investments, private equity transactions, technology-centric M&A, asset transactions, joint ventures, and initial public offerings. His clients have included venture capital firms, growth equity and private equity firms, emerging and high growth companies, founders, entrepreneurs, and investors.
In addition to his experience at an international law firm, Seth has extensive experience as senior in-house legal counsel for high-growth technology companies and a global investment firm. As a result, Seth brings a unique perspective to his clients as a trusted advisor on legal and regulatory matters, corporate governance, investor relations, commercial contracts, M&A strategy and integration, IPO preparedness and execution, equity administration, capital raising, secondary sales and tender offers, cross-border transactions, venture capital financings, and trademark and intellectual property matters.
