James Greifzu helps clients to navigate complex corporate transactions with an eye toward continued growth and success. He advises businesses, their equity holders, and other stakeholders at all stages of the company’s life cycle, from entity formation and corporate governance, to contractual arrangements with advisors, customers, and vendors, to capital raising and strategic transactions with third parties. James is also as Co-Chair of the Cannabis Practice Group.
James’ primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate governance, and commercial contracting allows him to interact with clients across a broad swath of industries. He works with clients in varying industries, including manufacturing, software, life sciences, financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, cannabis, and several services sectors. James is active in teaching and knowledge management both inside and outside of the firm.
In his free time, James is an avid consumer of pop science material (astronomy and cosmology in particular) and is a serious hobbyist woodworker with his shop cat, River.
