My goal is to help you find and protect a mark that you can exclusively own.
Frank Duffin helps clients develop, protect, and utilize their trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. When working with startups, Frank helps founders and/or investors to understand the process for adoption and protection of their marks and copyrighted works, so they can make informed business decisions concerning their intellectual property.
Frank has been advising small and large businesses with diverse trademark and copyright counseling needs for many years. He also has personal experience with starting a business, so he knows the benefits of having legal counsel who understand the peculiarities of startup businesses.
Frank serves as Secretary, and a member of the Board of Directors of The Get In Touch Foundation, a breast health education foundation started by the late Mary Ann Wasil. One fun fact about him: As part of his high school choir, he had the amazing experience of singing inside the Taj Mahal and the Great Pyramid of Giza.
