While what is legally possible is complex, most clients are better served by keeping it simple.
Christian Chandler has over 25 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He represents public and private companies, executives, management teams, and boards of directors, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
As a partner in the labor, employment, and benefits department, Christian routinely advises emerging companies and startups on the design, drafting, and administration of equity-based compensation programs, sale bonus and retention arrangements, employment and change in control agreements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and severance pay plans, and the associated tax and ERISA implications of such plans and programs.
Christian also helps employers manage the transition of employees and their benefit plans during mergers and acquisitions and counsels clients on compliance issues for tax-qualified plans, such as 401(k) plans and ESOPs.
Christian enjoys spending time with family and walking his dogs.
