When I work with a client, my goal is to become a member of their team, to protect their interest with the knowledge of an insider and the resources of an outside counsel available at wiggin(x).
Giuseppe Scaravilli is a wiggin(x) co-founder and partner, his holistic approach focuses on learning the business of his clients and gaining a 360-degree view on the legal issues affecting them. This enables him to perform an effective issue spotting analysis for each matter and provide efficient and effective solutions, often acting as an outside general counsel. Giuseppe serves the legal needs of a wide array of players in different industries, including software development companies, SaaS providers, business consultants, e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retailers, food and beverage manufacturers and distributors, health care software and service businesses, restaurants, marketing agencies, designers, video production companies, as well as early-stage and sophisticated investors in those and other markets.
Before dedicating himself full-time to the practice of law, Giuseppe worked for several years in an early-stage education tech startup, where he gained valuable expertise in this sector.
Giuseppe is an avid soccer (football) fanatic and indulges himself in both watching and playing the game as much as possible.
