Brian Sturm aims to bring a unique perspective to emerging company transactions to assist with his clients’ growth capital needs. Brian has led numerous fundraising transactions for emerging growth companies, both on the equity and debt sides of the balance sheet. He regularly counsels clients on venture debt transactions and has assisted numerous clients in all stages of equity capital raising, from seed to IPO. Brian enjoys developing deep relationships with his clients, and making sure all their legal needs are met as their businesses grow and scale.

Brian began his career as a bankruptcy and financial restructuring associate at a major New York law firm. This experience helps him to view his clients’ capital needs holistically and with a keen focus on risk management.

Outside of work, Brian lives in Connecticut with his wife, two daughters, and miniature schnauzer.
