Shyam is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department based in the New York office. Before joining the firm, Shyam was a consultant for a DEI company and a newly formed venture capital firm focused on late-stage growth companies in the US and Asia. He also worked at a startup focused on creating an online investment platform for university innovation. Prior to these experiences, Shyam worked as an associate at a national law firm where he represented government entities in connection with the financing, construction, and operation of public-private infrastructure projects and related debt offerings. Shyam began his career working on private equity and M&A transactions focused on the technology sector.
