From starting to selling a business, Heather provides practical business advice tailored to her clients’ growth stage and industry. As Co-chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group, Co-Chair of the Private Equity Practice Group and partner in the firm’s corporate department, Heather has experience in a broad scope of matters, including negotiating the purchase and sale of businesses, VC financings, formation matters, commercial agreements, advising boards, managers, and investors, and all matters in between. Heather has also worked with many women-owned businesses and founders and assisted them with the unique aspects of their businesses.

Heather’s clients range across many industries, including technology, SaaS software, manufacturing, business services, digital assets (NFT, crypto, blockchain), lifestyle, food and beverage, retail, life sciences, and health care.
