As a partner in the firm’s corporate department, Heather has experience in a broad scope of matters, including negotiating the purchase and sale of businesses, VC financings, formation matters, commercial agreements, advising boards, managers, and investors, and all matters in between. Heather has also worked with many women-owned businesses and founders and assisted them with the unique aspects of their businesses.
