Tom Regan is an associate in the Corporate Department.  He advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic investors, and other corporate clients in complex transactions.

Tom earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Boston College Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Political Science from Boston College.  Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Tom was an associate in the Corporate Group at an AmLaw 100 firm in Boston.

Outside of the office, Tom enjoys staying active, reading about American history, and spending time with his family on Lake Winnipesaukee. He is an avid New England Patriots fan and has volunteered as a youth and high school football coach.
