Michael Paciorek advises early-stage companies as well as venture capital firms investing in emerging growth companies. In this role, Michael works closely with founders and senior management to structure the capitalization of the company, the company’s organizational documents, and equity incentive plans for growth and scalability. He frequently works with companies and investors on a range of financing activities, including SAFEs, convertible notes, and equity raises from seed issuances onward.

Michael also advises venture-backed companies in strategic mergers and acquisitions. As a result of this experience, he can continue advising emerging growth companies through a liquidity event in addition to financing transactions along the way. Using his experience, Michael endeavors to offer grounded, business-oriented advice that advances his clients’ objectives. He is deeply committed to client service and building long-term relationships.

Outside of the office, Michael volunteers as a coach and serves on the board of directors for a local youth basketball league. During the offseason, Michael enjoys running and mountain biking.
