Len Gray is a wiggin(x) co-founder and partner, co-chair of Wiggin’s ECVC practice group, and a partner in our corporate department. Over his 15 years working on corporate and financial transactions, Len has guided clients through VC financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, secured lending, and securities matters. Although he has worked with some of the biggest companies in the world, he particularly enjoys working with founders, investors, emerging companies, and VC firms.

Len understands the challenges and opportunities inherent in starting, growing, investing in, or exiting a business, having founded his own law practice in 2016. Earlier in his career, Len worked in New York City for one of the largest international law firms in the world. He takes pride in establishing deep relationships with emerging growth companies at every stage, partnering with clients to reach and exceed their goals.
