I focus on my clients, their businesses, and their needs, which allows me to find creative solutions to help solve their problems, so they can focus on growth.
Evan Kipperman is a co-founder of wiggin(x), a partner at Wiggin, and a member of Wiggin’s executive committee.
Evan works with growth-stage companies, publicly held middle-market companies, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, private equity firms, and other clients to achieve their business goals. He has an ability to grasp complex situations, deliver business-minded legal advice, and help clients surmount obstacles. Hundreds of companies, investors, and founders count on him as an integral and invaluable member of their teams. He’s busy, but never too busy to strategize with his clients on key aspects of their businesses and growth.
Serving industries ranging from tech and life sciences to financial services and manufacturing, Evan focuses on corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, securities law, licensing arrangements, and general corporate matters. Over the past few years, Evan has been involved in hundreds of venture capital and M&A transactions with billions of dollars in value.
Evan loves the work, because he’s learning something new each day and interacting with incredibly intelligent people, innovating to change the world. Before joining Wiggin, Evan worked almost exclusively as a private equity M&A lawyer. That was over a decade ago; he’s diversified, and he’s having too much fun to ever look back.
