Wiggin and Dana recently represented its client WaveAerospace, a manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles designed for heavy weather operations and missions, in its Series A Fundraising. The initial round of financing, which was led by Augurey Ventures, LLC, will support the commercialization of the Huntress II hybrid electric Turbojet, WaveAerospace’s most powerful rotorcraft, and production of its existing aircraft. Partners Evan Kipperman, Adam Silverman and Associate Adam Cohen were integral to the success of this transaction.
