Wiggin and Dana recently represented Xscape Photonics, Inc., a startup using silicon photonics to support the next generation of AI data centers, in its $44 million Series A funding round. The fundraising was led by IAG Capital Partners and included investments from Altair Engineering, Cisco Investments, Fathom Fund, Kyra Ventures, LifeX Ventures, NVIDIA, and Osage University Partners. The company intends to use the funding to advance the development of its ChromX platform, a scalable, multi-color, programmable photonics platform for AI data center fabrics.
The Wiggin deal team consisted of Adam Silverman, Najia Khalid, Elishama Rudolph, and Adam Cohen.
