Toby Bannon works with innovators to support them through all phases of discovering, researching, developing and commercializing their products and technologies, including through feasibility/evaluation arrangements, research and development arrangements, and collaborations and licenses. Toby counsels life sciences clients of all sizes.

As a lifelong lover of science and innovation, Toby finds it both exciting and meaningful to support clients’ endeavors to develop new products and technologies to improve the lives of others. He feels honored to see products and technologies go from idea, through development, to the marketplace.

Before becoming partner at Wiggin, Toby served as research and development counsel at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, serving as legal counsel for the business’ global Research, Development, and Medical Affairs organizations.

Toby lives with his husband, daughter, two dogs, and two cats on a 200+-year old working farm (corn, soybeans, wheat, and hay). He loves cars, both old and new.
