Peter Lahny’s practice focuses on a variety of finance transactions. He brings over 20 years of experience in secured lending, commercial finance, commodities finance, financial restructuring, and bankruptcy law. Pete has extensive experience counseling clients on an array of legal and financial issues, including initial loan facility structuring at the term sheet stage and review and comment on syndicated loan documentation for participating lenders.
Pete’s experience has taught him that successful legal counseling requires the attorney and client to communicate openly and enter a partnership built on honesty and mutual respect. He works to create that type of relationship with all of his clients.
