Dan has represented both public and private companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, real estate, and transportation. An Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department, he focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; corporate governance matters; and public company compliance with federal securities laws and reporting requirements. Before attending law school, Dan worked as an analyst in investment banking where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
