Brittany Lyon represents early-stage companies and their investors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing, technology transactions, and other complex corporate transactions and related corporate governance matters. She advises clients across multiple industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, digital assets, and food and beverage.

As an associate in the firm’s corporate department, Brittany often serves the role of outside general counsel, providing guidance on a broad scope of matters, from formation to commercial agreements, governance to regulatory clearance of mergers and acquisitions, and many things in between. She often helps her clients leverage technology to manage their legal needs more efficiently.

Outside of work, Brittany likes to spend time with her husband, daughter, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Goose, down on the shoreline, enjoy some pizza and wine, geek out on architecture, and start to read a good book (knowing it will never get finished).
