In addition to prosecution work, Anthony provides counseling on a broad scope of matters, from strategic patent portfolio management to opinion work involving complex intellectual property questions. He often works with other attorneys and business professionals on commercial agreements, VC financings, mergers and acquisitions, governance, litigation, and many other matters.

Although the bulk of Anthony’s practice focuses on the life sciences, his clients range across many industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, digital assets (NFT, crypto, blockchain), and consumer products, with a focus on early-stage companies and their unique needs. For his clients developing prescription drug products, his practice (which involves Hatch-Waxman issues) is truly at the intersection of patent and regulatory law.

Outside of work, Anthony devotes his time to volunteer and board service for his alma maters, socializing with his friends and family, hiking, skiing, baking scrumptious desserts, and playing the piano.
