Andrew Ritter serves as a strategic advisor to startups, founders, and investors in connection with all phases of the startup life cycle, including distress and other special situations. Andrew is Co-Chair of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Restructuring and Distressed Transactions Practice Groups. He has been involved in formations, capital raising, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and distressed sales and restructurings.

Working with high-growth companies and their investors provides an opportunity to provide value in a much broader way than is often the case in larger transactions with more established companies. He enjoys providing that broader value.

Andrew served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman and deployed to Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division. He enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
