On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, Counsel and co-founder of wiggin(x), Giuseppe Scaravilli, partnered with the SOSA start-up accelerator for its current cohorts of companies from the Czech Republic that had a fireside chat at SOSA’s Chelsea office titled, “Legal Workshop: Navigating the U.S. Legal Landscape – An Initial Guide for International Startups.”

Giuseppe and the Czech founders discussed corporate law considerations for foreign entrepreneurs interested in expanding their U.S. client base, selecting the right entity type when forming in the U.S., developing standardizing contracts with customers and clients, and other legal and corporate governance considerations when hiring, fundraising and establishing a presence in the U.S.
