On June 17, 2024, Partner Adam Silverman presented the “Legal Landscape for Startups” to Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation’s Summer Fellowship program.  Adam discussed (i) Building a Team (of professionals), (ii) Creating a Legal Entity, and (iii) Equity Considerations and Founder Allocations.

The Connecticut Center For Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CCEI), is the first organized center to support entrepreneurship activity at the University of Connecticut.  Summer Fellowship is UConn’s startup accelerator program, which prepares startups to launch their company, generate revenue, raise funding, and be accepted into next step opportunities such as incubators and accelerator programs.
